In the second maintenance release for SAS^® 9.2 (TS2M2), the following error occurs when you use the LDAP with SAS/ACCESS Interface to Teradata:

The problem occurs because the LDAP logon might not recognize realms in SAS/ACCESS Interface to Teradata.

To circumvent the problem, add the authentication domain to the user ID, as shown below:

The "MTDP: EM_SSOLOGONFAIL(244): SSO logon failed by gateway" error can occur when you use LDAP connections to Teradata with a single realm using Active Directory services. To circumvent the problem, add the Active Directory Domain to the LDAP ID.
